Two floors of an East Village townhouse once owned by famed artist Andy Warhol have hit the market, according to EV Grieve. The so-called “garden and parlor floors” of the home at 321 East 6th Street between First and Second avenues have an asking price of $2.4 million, according to the property’s listing. The 2,400-square-foot residence, which is being marketed by Matthew Lesser with Leslie J. Garfield, includes a landscaped garden, pond, patio and finished basement. [EV Grieve]
