Hotel exec sells 15 CPW unit for twice its 2008 closing price

Sam Bhadha, the executive vice president of the Radisson Lexington Hotel and the Doubletree Metropolitan Hotel, and his wife, Skaila, have sold their 1,736-square-foot condominium unit at 15 Central Park West for $8.5 million, according to city records.

Public documents show the couple bought the unit for $4.22 million in May 2008.

Brown Harris Stevens agent Richard Wallgren was the exclusive agent on the deal but declined to comment further.

Bhadha was not immediately reachable for comment.
