Renters will soon be able to soak in the same jacuzzi actor Josh Hartnett once did, as the former teen heartthrob’s one-time Williamsburg pad in the Gretsch Building hits the market for $9,000 a month, according to the New York Post. Debra Kavaler and Sharon Held of the Corcoran Group have the 2,465-square-foot listing at 60 Broadway, which includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs and floor-to-ceiling windows.
