Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a three-floor penthouse at 990 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side, according to Streeteasy.com. The five-bedroom,
five-bathroom triplex is on the market for $42 million. It features views of Central Park, a private elevator to all floors, an irrigated terrace and five fireplaces. Lois Nasser and Christopher Rounick of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.

The second most expensive listing is a 14,000-square-foot townhouse at
266 West End Avenue on the Upper West Side. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom limestone mansion is listed for $30 million. Fred Williams of Sotheby’s
International Realty is handling the sale.

The third priciest home is a five-story, six-bedroom townhouse at 20 East 64th Street
in Lenox Hill. The $29.5 million, 12,500-square-foot unit is listed by Francis O’Shea of Leslie J. Garfield & Co.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom,
one-bathroom co-op at 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George. The $165,000, 500-square-foot unit is being marketed by Matthew Bizzarro of Stein-Perry.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 3115 Broadway in Manhattanville is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Fred Levy of Halstead Property has the $225,000 listing.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a pre-war studio apartment at 321 East 54th Street in Sutton Place. The $260,000 unit is listed by Barbara Lamb and Jeffrey Silverstein of Prudential Douglas Elliman. TRD
