BHS takes over for Corcoran Sunshine at Merritt House

Brown Harris Stevens has taken over marketing for Stonehenge’s condominium conversion on the Upper East Side.

Shlomi Reuveni, senior managing director and an executive of new development at Brown Harris Stevens, is overseeing the new team at Merritt House, a 10-story red-brick mid-block building at 167 East 82nd Street between
Third and Lexington avenues, said a BHS spokesperson.

BHS replaces Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, including sales agent Aidan Sullivan, who was not immediately available for comment.

The building has 38 units, 25 of which will become, or have become, condos.

Stonehenge owns and manages 16 rental buildings in Manhattan. The company was not immediately available for comment.
