The Wyoming native isn’t the first top broker BHS has won over in recent months: Laura Denise Milkowski, formerly of Corcoran, took her LDM Team to BHS in May, on the heels of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cia Comnas and Ed Reale, who joined the firm in April. In February, Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Herrera Group left for BHS’ Upper West Side office.

“Known for her honesty and integrity, Lisa brings her deep understanding of the residential real estate market to Brown Harris Stevens,” Hall Willkie, president of BHS, said in the statement. Neither Taylor nor representatives from Corcoran could be immediately reached for comment. TRD
