An apartment that once belonged to Lenny Kravitz is now available for rent
at 362 Broadway, Curbed reported. The asking price for the
five-bedroom unit is $10,000 per month. This marks the first time the property has
been on the market in eight years. The 3,500-square-foot unit
features a stainless steel kitchen, high tin ceilings and marble bathrooms. Dana Goldman of Aboveground Realty has the
