An apartment that once belonged to Lenny Kravitz is now available for rent
at 362 Broadway, Curbed reported. The asking price for the
five-bedroom unit is $10,000 per month. This marks the first time the property has
been on the market in eight years. The 3,500-square-foot unit
features a stainless steel kitchen, high tin ceilings and marble bathrooms. Dana Goldman of Aboveground Realty has the
listing. In January, Kravitz sold his Soho penthouse at 30 Crosby Street, after seven years on the market and a major renovation. [Curbed]
