While
Time Warner Center has long been known for its pricey listings, the 80
Columbus Circle condominium has just upped the ante, creating
Manhattan’s most expensive real estate listing, a two-floor, $73.5
million unit, according to the Wall Street Journal. The listing, which
was created by combining two units on the 76th and 77th floors of the
building, comprises 9,647 square feet of space and contains over 130
linear feet of windows facing Central Park. The two apartments
comprising the listing are currently unconnected and are being marketed
by different brokerage teams, which have teamed up to move the two as a
set. Paula Del Nunzio and Shirley Mueller of Brown Harris Stevens have
the 77th floor listing, while Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De
Niro has the 76th floor unit. Each are also available for separate sale
for $35.5 million and $38 million, respectively. [WSJ]
