Pop singer Lady Gaga was recently spotted checking out the
3,000-square-foot West Village duplex penthouse at 304 Spring Street,
the New York Post reported. The $21,000-a-month three-bedroom,
three-bathroom condominium unit features a private roof deck with a
Viking kitchen and outdoor shower. Lydia Sussek of the Corcoran Group
