Joseph Ferrara, real estate web pioneer, dies

Joseph Ferrara, the founder of the Sellsius real estate blog, has died, according to Inman News. Ferrara, a veteran real estate attorney for 25 years, was known for his entrepreneurial pursuits — particularly in technology. In addition to Sellsius, he co-founded TheClozing.com, a real estate news aggregator, last year. Ferrara was twice named one of Inman News’ “Top 25 Most Influential Real Estate Bloggers,” and was named one of the 50 most influential online real estate insiders last year. He passed away at the age of 55 after a fight with cancer. [Inman]
