Moinian nabs cycling tenant
The Moinian Group’s 12 East 18th Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway is set to become a cyclist’s haven. SoulCycle, an indoor cycling and spinning chain, is set to move into 3,000 square feet of space at the retail building. The two-floor location will be the chain’s fourth in Manhattan, according to the Moinian Group, which represented itself in-house, along with Winick Realty Group. No word yet on when the cyclers plan to move in.

Union Square to get a little sizzle
A steakhouse is headed to Union Square at 90 East 10th Street on the corner of Fifth Avenue. Prime & Beyond is renting the space for $150 per square foot. The tenant will take up 1,200 square feet of space, according to Newmark Knight Frank, which brokered the deal. TRD
