Anne Frank Center USA seeks bigger space

The Anne Frank Center USA is looking to move to a larger space, preferably still in Lower Manhattan, according to non-profit brokerage specialist S. Sunshine & Associates, which is representing the center. “The Anne Frank Center has a powerful message, and would like to provide visitors with easier access and have greater visibility,” said Suzanne Sunshine, president of S. Sunshine & Associates. The center, a not-for-profit educational organization that promotes tolerance, would like 2,700 square feet to accommodate a museum on the ground floor, and office and conference space either on the ground floor, below grade or on the second floor. The center will recreate Anne Frank’s bedroom in the new space. In 2003, Sunshine arranged the center’s existing 2,000-square-foot lease at 38 Crosby Street. TRD
