Converse steps into Soho space

Converse has taken 7,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of 560 Broadway, between Prince and Spring streets in Soho, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which brokered the deal. The shoe and sports apparel retailer, which is subleasing the space from Ann Taylor, plans to open for the 2010 holiday season. TRD
