Advertising executive and MSNBC guest Donny Deutsch just sold his East Hampton oceanfront property on Further Lane for $30 million, turning a $1 million profit on the home, which he bought in 2007, according to the New York Post. The house, which sits on 3.3 acres, was bought by Howard Marks, CEO of Oaktree Capital, who ranked 356 on the Forbes 400 billionaires list, with a net worth of $1.15 billion. In 2006, Deutsch purchased a townhouse at 6 East 78th Street for $21 million, and renovated it extensively. He plans to move there in the next few weeks. [Post]
