Priciest, cheapest units to hit the style=”c

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo at 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square, listed for $16.5 million. The 2,237-square-foot unit, in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building, features a terrace overlooking Central Park and the Hudson River. Brown Harris Stevens’ Kyle Blackmon is handling the sale.

The second priciest home to come online is a five-bedroom condo at the Century, at 25 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The 11-room unit is listed by Joan Kagan of Metropolitan Residential Partners for $15.5 million.

The third priciest unit is a six-bedroom penthouse at 11 Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side. The $15 million unit is listed by Felise Gross and Diane Abrams of Brown Harris Stevens.

The two cheapest Manhattan units to come online this week are both rent-controlled co-ops at the Wilbraham at 284 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South. Apartment #3B, a studio, is listed for $79,800, and unit #7E, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, is on the market for $151,000. Both homes are being marketed by Brett Forman, Jason Bedell and Adam Vanderbrook of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is another rent-controlled co-op at 311 East 25th Street in Kips Bay. The $163,800 unit is also listed by Elliman’s Forman, Bedell and Vanderbrook. TRD
