Prudential Douglas Elliman has formed a new personal service group called the Kendrick-Korant Team, led by Harry Kendrick, a vice president at the residential brokerage. Along with sales agent Arthur Korant, the Kendrick-Korant Team specializes in providing personalized client services to Manhattan buyers and sellers. “The Kendrick-Korant Team’s unique skill sets and innovative assessment tools are a tremendous asset to our firm,” said Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Elliman. Kendrick’s business experience, coupled with Korant’s marketing and design skills and fluency in French will help sellers strategically position their homes to ensure they will appeal to the largest group of buyers, according to a company spokesperson. “Our analysis is complemented by a comprehensive consultation and brochure outlining the advantages of staging your home to achieve the broadest possible appeal,” Kendrick said. “In the current real estate market a little extra effort from the seller can help reach a large number of prospective buyers by allowing future purchasers to imagine their own possessions in a new home.” TRD
