Commercial real estate brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle has signed a lease for 82,000 square feet at 330 Madison Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets, according to Real Estate Weekly, moving its Manhattan headquarters from 601 Lexington Avenue, where it currently occupies 60,000 square feet. The lease, the length of which was not immediately clear, likely had a rent of around $60 per square foot, according to sources with knowledge of the deal. JLL’s lease encompasses all of the third and fourth floors in the Vornado-owned 850,000-square-foot building, which recently underwent an estimated $100 million renovation. [Real Estate Weekly]
