Construction is set to begin next month on “the Team Campus,” a 228,000-square-foot central New Jersey health and fitness complex, according to developer K. Johnson Enterprises. The medical center, situated on a 32.7-acre site in Bordentown, is the brainchild of former NFL wide receiver Kevin Johnson, noted for his years with the Cleveland Browns and founder of the eponymous development firm. The five-building complex will include both medical offices and retail, as well as a St. Francis Medical Center outpatient treatment facility. Construction is expected to be complete by mid-2012. TRD
