Rickshaw Dumpling, a dumpling joint with a Flatiron restaurant and a food truck, will be opening a bricks and mortar eatery at 459 Lexington Avenue, at 45th Street. Rickshaw signed a 10-year lease today for the 400-square-foot space, according to 459 Lexington Associates, the landlord, who negotiated the deal directly with Rickshaw. The rent was not disclosed. Rickshaw’s existing restaurant is at 61 West 23rd Street and the truck makes stops in Manhattan and Brooklyn. TRD
