Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The second most expensive unit to come online is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 330 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side. The 3,800-square-foot condo is listed by Fabienne Lecole of the Corcoran Group for $5.4 million.

The third priciest home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op at 151 Central Park West on the Upper West Side. The $4.2 million unit is listed by Corcoran’s Julianne Bond.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to become available this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 208 West 119th Street in Harlem. Kim McKeller of Halstead Property is marketing the $225,000 pad.

The second least expensive listing is a studio at 230 East 95th Street in Yorkville. The $300,000 unit is being marketed by Shmuel Sol Zigfrid Biopcik of Manhattan Connection.

The third least expensive listing is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 320 East 35th Street in Murray Hill. Christopher Stanley of Corcoran has the $358,000 listing. TRD
