Barneys CEO sells Chelsea co-op for $3M

Mark Lee, the new CEO of Barneys New York, sold his two-bedroom Chelsea co-op for $2.95 million, its full asking price, the New York Times reported. The full-floor, 1,650-square-foot unit is located in a double-width brownstone at 467 West 22nd Street, according to the Stribling & Associates listing. Lee was listed as the seller along with his partner, Ed Filipowski, co-president of KCD, a fashion public relations firm. The buyers were listed as Robin Marino, the president and CEO of merchandising for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and Robert Tramontano. They were represented by Halstead Property. [NYT]
