Long-time fabric and home furnishings brand Zarin Fabrics, owned by Jill Zarin and husband Bobby Zarin, both of “The Real Housewives of New York City” fame, is consolidating its Lower East Side headquarters, according to the Bowery Boogie blog. The company is currently seeking a tenant for its 4,000-square-foot ground-floor retail space at 314 Grand Street on the corner of Allen Street. Ilan Rosenthal of Living Real Estate Group, the exclusive broker for the property, said that Zarin is vacating the space, which used to serve as a showroom, to focus more on its wholesale goods business, while keeping its other space in the building as a flagship location. Rosenthal noted that Zarin is not downsizing, but rather looking for other locations to expand. [Bowery Boogie]
