The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at the Beresford, 211 Central Park West on the Upper West Side, listed for $16.5 million. The second priciest home to come online is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom co-op at 993 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side. This co-exclusive is listed by Carrie Chiang of the Corcoran Group, and Warburg Realty’s Frederick Peters and Judith Lederer for $14 million.
The third priciest unit is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at 24 East 82nd Street on the Upper East Side. The $8.95 million unit is listed by Corcoran’s Leighton Candler.
The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a 550-square-foot studio at 120 Bennett Avenue in Hudson Heights. Fumiyo Hayashi of Barak Realty is marketing the $199,000 co-op listing.
The second least expensive listing is a one-bedroom co-op at 50 Park Terrace East in Inwood. The $249,000 unit is being marketed by Rebecca Pelletier of New Heights Realty.
The third least expensive listing is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 325 East 41st Street in Murray Hill. Ronald Webster of Tudor Realty has the $269,000 listing. TRD
