Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan apartment to hit the market this week is a $28.5 million townhouse at 47 West 9th Street in the West Village, according to Streeteasy.com. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home includes an elevator, fireplace and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar. Linda Melnick, Alexa Lambert and Tim Desmond of Stribling & Associates have the listing.

The second-priciest home to hit the market is a 9,400-square-foot townhouse at 40 Riverside Drive. Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens has the $20 million listing.

An $18 million condominium unit at 11 East 70th Street is the third-priciest listing to come online this week. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Dolly Lenz has the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom listing.

The least expensive home to hit the market this week is a $100,000 condo at 205 East 124th Street in East Harlem. Halstead Property’s Danni Tyson has the one-bedroom, one-bathroom listing.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 30 West 119th Street is the second-cheapest home to come online this week. The $175,000 unit is listed by Eddie Alvarez of Rutenberg Realty.

The third-cheapest home to hit the market is a 400-square-foot studio at 345 West 145th Street. Yaal Gluska of Citi Habitats has the $199,000 co-op listing. TRD
