Turkish Airlines has penned a deal for a 5,863-square-foot office in the Empire State Building, according to W&H Properties, a subsidiary of Malkin Properties, which owns the Midtown tower. Turkish Airlines is expected to move into the 75th-floor space later this month, after vacating its current location in Westbury, N.Y. Turkish will be the third airline occupying the Empire State Building when it moves in; German carrier Lufthansa and Air China are currently tenants. Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, while ITRA/New York Realty Group represented the tenant. A spokesperson for the landlord declined to comment on the rent amount. TRD
