Corrections and clarifications

Clarification: in a web story, The Real Deal cited the remaining balance on a development site, as reported by the New York Observer. The Real Deal later learned that the Observer had cited an incorrect figure and amended the story accordingly.

Correction: In a March 16 web story, The Real Deal cited a Crain’s story that had misstated that Tribeca Associates entered into an agreement to redevelop the Donnell Library site with Starwood Hotels. In fact, Tribeca’s partner on the project is Starwood Capital, not Starwood Hotels.
