Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom co-op in the Eldorado, an art deco landmark building at 300 Central Park West on the Upper West Side. The $13.4 million unit features views of Central Park. Building amenities include a gym, basketball court, recreation room and children’s playroom. The listing is a co-exclusive with Oren Alexander of Prudential Douglas Elliman and Cathy Taub of Stribling & Associates.

The second priciest listing is a six-bedroom townhouse at 335 West 11th Street in the West Village. Stephen McRae and Debbie Korb of Sotheby’s International Realty have the $12.5 million listing.

The third priciest unit is a five-bedroom co-op at 770 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side. Elliman’s Daniela Kunen has the $11.75 million listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 513 West 157th Street in Washington Heights. M. Russell Grey of Esra Realty is marketing the property, which has a $165,000 price tag.

The second least expensive unit to come online this week is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 33 Convent Avenue in West Harlem. Esra Realty’s M. Russell Gray has the $195,000 listing.

The third least expensive unit is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 130 Lenox Avenue in Central Harlem. The home, which is on the market for $235,000, is being marketed by Sandy Wilson of the Corcoran Group. TRD
