Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is the Sloane Mansion, according to Streeteasy.com, a six-story, 18,267-square-foot home at 18 East 68th Street in Lenox Hill listed for $37.9 million. The building, once listed for as much as $64 million, has a limestone facade and includes an elevator that provides access to a rooftop garden that overlooks Central Park. Peter von Der Age, Seth Glasser and Scott Edelstein of Marcus & Millichap have the listing.

The next most expensive unit to hit the market is the penthouse triplex at 144 Duane Street, which features a glass staircase all the way through the three floors, and a private gym and basketball court. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Sabrina Saltiel and Matthew Gulker have the $30 million listing.

The third priciest unit is a four-bedroom, six-bathroom 4,489-square-foot condominium unit in 1 Central Park West, listed for $24 million by Pamela D Arc of Stribling & Associates.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a studio at 321 East 43rd Street in Turtle Bay. Orsid Realty’s Jude Dayani lists the co-op unit for $199,000.

The second least expensive unit to come online this week is a $209,000 one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 720 West 173rd Street in Washington Heights. Corcoran’s Jim Rosnbloom, Nick Rafello and Adina Greenberg have the listing.

The third cheapest unit is a studio in the co-op building 321 East 43rd Street in Turtle Bay listed for $235,000 by Quality Living Realty’s Xavier Chavez and Felipe Kuffo. TRD
