Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive unit to hit the Manhattan market this week is a 6,319-square-foot condominium unit at the Plaza at 1 Central Park South
listed for $37.5 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The
four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse has three floors, a
wood burning fireplace, a 95-square-foot wine cellar and a
229-square-foot terrace with views of Central Park. Stribling’s Sassy
Johnson, Alexa Lambert and Elizabeth Lorenzo are listing the property.

The next priciest unit to come online this week is a $34 million,
five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom co-op on the fifth floor of 998 Fifth Avenue. Meredyth Smith and Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.

The third costliest unit to hit the market is the 4,050-square-foot condo at 25 Columbus Circle
in the Lincoln Square area, with a $25.95 million listing price. The
apartment is listed by Elizabeth Lee Sample and Brenda Powers of Brown
Harris Stevens

A $149,000, 550-square-foot co-op with three bedrooms at 513 West 135th Street
in Hamilton Heights is the cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this
week. Daniel Ovalles of Prudential Douglas Elliman has the listing.

The next cheapest unit is a studio co-op in Hudson Heights at 259 Bennett Avenue listed for $169,000 by the Corcoran Group’s Fumiyo Hayashi.

The third least expensive to hit the market this week is a one-bedroom co-op at 2151 Fifth Avenue in Central Harlem. Cedric Leake of Halstead Property is marketing the property. TRD
