“This Old House” host and DIY guru Bob Vila has put his 15 Madison Square North penthouse on the market for $5.7 million, according to Curbed. He purchased the home, in the century-old commercial building, for he and wife Diana Barrett for $6 million in 2009.
The 2,500- square-foot apartment boasts a 700-square-foot private deck and 12-feet ceilings. The building has a private David Kirsch fitness center and wine cellar. [Curbed]
