Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The most expensive Manhattan home to come online this week is a $27 million six-story, 11,400-square-foot townhouse at 232 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill. The home has an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, five outdoor spaces including a garden, and a raised- seat home theater. Matthew Lesser of Leslie J. Garfield has the listing.
The next two priciest units are both asking $22.5 million. The first is a two-unit spread with four bedrooms and five-and-two-half-baths in the the Sherry Netherland Hotel at 781 Fifth Avenue, also in Lenox Hill. Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty, and Brown Harris Stevens’ Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers have the listing for the $22.5 million co-op.
The other $22.5 million home is a 5,000-square-foot penthouse in the co-op building at 970 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side. Linda Reiner and Lisa Deslauriers of Warburg have the listing.
The cheapest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is an 850-square-foot co-op at 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Carl Ekroth is listing the one-bedroom home for $200,000.
The second least expensive unit is a studio with a 30-foot terrace at 435 East 85th Street in Yorkville. Nancy Rapp of Halstead Properties has the $219,000 co-op listing.
The third cheapest home is a $224,990, 325-square-foot co-op at 424 East 57th Street in Midtown East. Susan Darrow of Akam Sales and Brokerage is listing the home. TRD
