Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a $27 million, five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,184-square-foot condominium at 110 Central Park South in Midtown, according to Streeteasy.com. The full-floor unit on the 23rd floor has park views from five rooms, including the master bedroom, library, living room, dining room and kitchen. Eva Mohr of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

The next priciest home to come online this week is a two-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at 810 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill. Warburg Realty’s Bonnie Chajet And Ronnie Lane have the $24.93 million listing.

The third most expensive unit is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath full-floor condo at 988 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side that’s asking $20 million. Deborah Kern of the Corcoran Group has the listing.

The cheapest unit in Manhattan to come online this week is a 400-square-foot co-op at 541 West 133rd Street in West Harlem asking $185,000. Saul Scheveloff, of Realty Networking Services, has the one-bedroom listing.

The second and third least expensive homes are each listed for $239,000. The first is a one-bedroom co-op at 745 East 6th Street in the East Village, listed by Jill Letts of the Corcoran Group.

The other $239,000 apartment is a 550-square-foot, two-bedroom co-op at 541 West 133rd Street in West Harlem. Like this week’s cheapest listing in the same building, Scheveloff has the listing. TRD
