The daughter of late real estate mogul Norman Levy, Jeanne Levy-Church and her husband Kenneth, have cut the price on their 2-acre home at 230 and 234 Old Montauk Highway, to $25 million, the New York Post reported. It was originally listed at $35 million, before a $5.5 million price cut in March, as previously reported by The Real Deal. The property includes a 5,000-square-foot James Biber-designed oceanfront home, which won an American Institute of Architecture award, and a 2,400-square-foot guest house. The Corcoran Group’s Michael Shultz and Susan Ryan have the listing but wouldn’t comment to the Post. In March, Schultz told The Real Deal that the home would work best for an older couple with grown children that “appreciates modern architecture.” [Post]
