Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a penthouse at 200 Chambers Street asking $17.995 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The 4,700-square-foot condominium has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, views of the Hudson River and Lower Manhattan and a “floating” limestone-wrapped tub in the fully windowed master bathroom. Daniel Hedaya of Platinum Properties has the listing.
The next most expensive home is the 2,738-square-foot, two-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse in the condo building at 944 Park Avenue. The Upper East Side home also has two terraces totaling an additional 2,350 square feet. The unit is listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Janice Chang and Ross Nodell for $12 million.
The third costliest home is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom duplex in the co-op building at 812 Park Avenue with a $10.9 million asking price. The Upper East Side pad is listed by Serena Boardman of Soetheby’s International Realty.
The cheapest Manhattan home to come online this week is a $199,900, 700-square-foot unit with two bedrooms in the co-op building at 474 West 158th Street in Washington Heights. The property is listed by Isaac Oserin of ISO Property.
The second least expensive home is a studio in the co-op building at 321 East 43rd Street in Turtle Bay. Elliman’s Cindy Gise is listing the property for $229,000.
The third cheapest home is an Upper East Side 325-square-foot one-bedroom co-op at 408 East 73rd Street. Peter Hart of One Realty NYC is marketing the home for $250,000. — Adam Fusfeld
