Luna Farm, the host site of the annual Love Heals fundraiser for HIV/AIDS awareness in Sagaponack (it was last held July 9), was put on the market for $30 million, the New York Post reported. The farm at 276 Parsonage Lane contains more than 19 acres and has a five-bedroom, three-and-two-half-bathroom farmhouse, a heated pool and a trail to the beach. The home currently belongs to Martin Varsavsky, an Argentine businessman, who commissioned Michael Davis of Michael Davis Design & Construction to market the property. Davis told the Post that prices for land and tear-downs in Sagaponack are 25 percent greater than their 2007 peak. The property can be divided into three 2.2-acre lots with a 12 acre agricultural reserve. [Post]
