Elliman execs celebrate fall sales season at Trump Soho

More than 250 real estate professionals joined Dottie Herman,
president of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and Howard Lorber, Elliman’s chairman, at a celebration of the start of the fall
sales season at the Trump Soho Hotel Condominium at 246 Spring Street (see photos above).

The guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at Bar d’Eau, the seventh
floor seasonal indoor-outdoor bar located alongside the luxury hotel-condo’s 6,000-square-foot outdoor pool deck, and toured the only
duplex penthouse, one of 11 at the property, according to a press release from Elliman.

“Seeing this property in-person is what makes people fall in love with
it, so we wanted to start this season with a big event aimed at
getting people inside Trump Soho. First-time visitors tell us that
this building is more luxurious and more beautiful than they had
imagined,” said John Gomes, executive vice president at Elliman, which is co-exclusively marketing the project with Prodigy Network
“One of our most important tasks is to bring people into the space.”

Recently, Trump Soho also hosted the Fashion Week trunk show to honor top women in real estate.

The 391-unit Trump Soho project launched sales in 2007. There have been 151
sales at the building, according to Streeteasy.com. Recent listings in
contract on Streeteasy.com include a one-bedroom for $2.13 million and
two studios, one for $1.02 million and another for $1.4 million. — Miranda Neubauer
