$600,000 to rent a house in Wellington this year, according to a
report by Gossip Extra. The rental is for a six-month period from
December to May, sources said. The house, which is located at 13808
Fairlane Court, has five acres and is within walking distance of the
Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, a winter polo haven. The
7,352-square-foot home is listed for sale at $12.9 million. [Gossip
