Argentine billionaire sells Pierre co-op for $19.5 million

De Fortabat, the widow of Argentine industrialist Alfredo de Fortabat, is also a formidable art collector, and the art from her apartment will be sold Dec. 17 by Capo Auction, a New York-based auction house.

The 6,100-square-foot five-bedroom co-op Sports A Terrace overlooking Central Park. The $20,000 per month maintenance bill includes “turndown service,” the Post said. [Post]
