A full floor apartment at Superior Ink is asking $38,500,000. That’s $7 million MORE than the penthouse sold for last year. Wow! Amazing! Seems that Related has struck gold with this development in the West Village. Anyone who had the foresight to buy there in ’08 and ’09 during the height of the financial meltdown are now being rewarded for their very bullish assessment of the real estate market going forward. Of course, buying a Robert A.M. Stern / Related condo didn’t exactly hurt either.
