Walentas’ Clock Tower bachelor pad to make TV appearance: VIDEO

January 13, 2012 01:30PM

The Clock Tower triplex apartment by developer David Walentas at 1 Main Street in Dumbo is having an eventful week. First, it dropped its price to $19 million from $23.5 million and now it’s been scheduled to make a television appearance Jan. 19 (see clip above). The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse, which was elected Esquire Magazine’s Bachelor Pad last fall, will be featured on a shop called “Esquire’s Ultimate Bachelor Pad” on the DIY Network next Thursday at 10 p.m. in an all-access look at the making of the space into the ultimate bachelor hideout. As part of the show, Mega Dens host Anitra Mecadon will take viewers inside the 7,000-square-foot loft and show them how it was put together — from construction to design. — Katherine Clarke
