Cynthia Nixon, who is currently starring in “Wit” at the Manhattan Theater Club, and previously starred in television show “Sex and the City,” has purchased a loft just down the street from former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker, in Noho, the New York Observer reported.
Nixon and fiance Christine Marinoni bought the home at 10 Bleecker Street for $3.25 million, according to city records. The couple moves to the 2,500-square-foot space from the Upper West Side.
The four-bedroom, four-bath loft was recently renovated, according to the listing. Benjamin Glazer and Darren Sukenik, both brokers with Prudential Douglas Elliman, had the listing. Nixon and Marinoni bought the place from photographers Brian Hagiwara and Brett Baughman, the Observer said, who purchased the apartment in 2007 for $2 million. [NYO]
