Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest new listing that is not in a new development to hit the market in Manhattan this week is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condominium located in the Time Warner Center at 80 Columbus Circle. The asking price for the 3,168-square-foot apartment is $29 million. The condo also features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms. The week’s second most expensive listing is a full-floor duplex on the Upper East Side, located at 39 East 79th Street at the corner of Madison Avenue, according to Streeteasy.com. The 9,000-square-foot spread features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an exercise room and a billiard room. Deborah Grubman and David Dubin of Corcoran have the listing.

The third priciest listing is a pre-war Lenox Hill townhouse, located at 60 East 66th Street between Madison and Park avenues. Danny Davis, Ginger Brokaw and Patty LaRocco of Town have the listing with an asking price of $20.75 million. The size of the apartment wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The apartment features five bedrooms and five baths.

The least expensive unit to hit the Manhattan market this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath Lenox Hill co-op, according to data from Streeteasy.com. Located at 301 East 63rd Street at Second Avenue, the 460-square-foot apartment includes doorman service, parking and storage with an asking price of $85,000. Michele Barnette with Clickit Realty has the listing.

The second cheapest unit is at 469 West 166th Street between Amsterdam and Edgecombe avenues in Washington Heights, listed with Cheryl Dixon, Connie Drayton, Gigi Pelican and Willie Kathryn Suggs of Willie Kathryn Suggs. The two-bedroom, one-bath apartment has an asking price of $149,000. The square footage is not indicated, but the listing said the apartment features a renovated kitchen and bath.

The third least expensive unit is a renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom Washington Heights apartment, located at 515 Edgecome Avenue at 158th Street.
