TF Cornerstone rental building hits market in LIC

The latest installment of TF Cornerstone’s East Coast project in Long Island City is officially on the rental market, Curbed reported. The 42-story building, at 46-15 Center Boulevard, has 367 units and a gym and concierge. The pet-friendly tower was designed by Arquitectonica.

Studios start at $2,080 per month, one-bedrooms at $2,245 per month, and two-bedrooms at $3,130.

The East Coast is an ongoing project by TF Cornerstone that includes seven buildings over 3 million square feet and over 3,000 new apartments. It is slated to cost over $1 billion. The development has been “two decades in the making,” according to a previous report from the Wall Street Journal, and should be completed in 2013. [Curbed]
