Four new Potbelly Sandwich Shop locations to come to Manhattan

Potbelly Sandwich Shop has inked leases for four new Manhattan locations and is also looking to open in Brooklyn and Jersey City, the Wall Street Journal reported. The eatery, which began in Chicago, has more than 200 locations nationwide and seven in Manhattan, according to the Journal.

The first one opened in Manhattan down in the Financial District in 2011. As The Real Deal previously reported, Potbelly signed a 10-year lease in the Fashion District back in January.

The four new Manhattan locations are set to open by late 2012 or early 2013. They will be located at 46 West 56th Street, 333 Park Avenue South, 150 East 52nd Street and 127 Fulton Street. The Journal reported that asking rents for the new eateries ranged between $115 to $175 per square foot. Total square footage for the spaces was not listed.
