Can TV characters afford their homes? Barbara Corcoran vets their home choices.

Every New Yorker has wondered how television characters can afford their homes. And now Barbara Corcoran, founder of the Corcoran Group, is here to explain which TV characters can afford their homes and which cannot, Vanity Fair reported. From Carrie Bradshaw to Liz Lemon, the New York real estate appears to be the juiciest. But Corcoran goes as far as to out a value on Walter White’s trailer in “Breaking Bad,” and the suburban spread the Pritchett’s enjoy on “Modern Family.”

The Pritchett mansion, at 121 South Clifford Avenue, in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area, last sold in 1997 for $2.7 million. Sadly, due to the housing bust, its probably worth about half that now, Corcoran said. Meanwhile, Corcoran said that the $7,000 White paid for his trailer is probably too much. “He could have gotten $5,000 on eBay, and his was a dump!” she said. [Vanity Fair]
