Time Warner sends out RFP to Extell, Related, Silverstein Properties

Tom Santiago, the new man behind Time Warner’s search for a possible new headquarter office space, is moving forward with his appointed task, the Wall Street Journal reported, as it seeks some 4 million square feet of space. This past Friday, Time Warner sent out requests for proposal to develop its new headquarters to big-name city developers, including Extell Development, Related Companies and Silverstein Properties.

Time Warner is slated to pick a developer by the end of the year, according to the Journal.

As previously reported, Time Warner is considering office space in areas including the World Trade Center, Hudson Yards and Manhattan West, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut with some of its office leases coming to an end. There’s also a chance Time Warner could remain in its current Columbus Circle headquarters, the Journal said. [WSJ]
