Corrections and clarifications for June 2012

Correction: In the June issue of The Real Deal the “Doing deals in pajamas” story misstated the Chambers Street address where Laura Cao brokered many of her deals. The correct address is 200 Chambers Street.

Correction: In a June 6 Web story, The Real Deal cited the Post’s incorrect rent figure for the Burlington Coat Factory deal. Burlington will pay $60 million over 15 years.

Correction: In a June 12 Web story, The Real Deal stated the Refinery hotel had 180 rooms, a number based on previous press coverage. According to a spokesperson, the hotel has 197 rooms.
