A Tribeca penthouse on the market for nearly $20 million has drawn the eye of hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, the New York Post reported. Diddy, who already owns a condo in the Park Imperial on West 56th Street, a 12,000-square-foot Alpine, N.J. mansion and a 20,000-square-foot home on Star Island in Miami, reportedly checked out a duplex, unit PHAC, atop the Merchants House condominium conversion at 35 North Moore Street.

The 6,800-square-foot combo unit has six bedrooms and comes with an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space and two garages. The unit went on the market in late March and is listed by a pair of power brokers from rival firms, according to Streeteasy.com; Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and Carrie Chiang and Janet Wang of Corcoran Group. The apartment is currently owned by Ursula Fairbairn, president of Fairbairn Group, a human resources and executive management consulting company. [Post, 1st item]
