The penthouse condominium unit in Tribeca’s Skylofts returned to the market yesterday with new brokers and a higher price tag, Curbed reported. Heather McDonough and Henry Herskowitz of Prudential Douglas Elliman and Darren Kearns and Davina Ronsebaum of the Corcoran Group both list the 7,493-square-foot duplex penthouse at 145 Hudson Street for $48 million. The four-bedroom unit comes online 13 months after it was originally listed for $3 million less by Elliman’s Herve Senequier and Leonard Steinberg. But that listing was live for just 18 days.
The sponsor unit, which brokers have agreed is among the first condos they’d show deep-pocketed foreign buyers, has a 4,500-square-foot wrap-around terrace with a hot tub and a private outdoor shower. It comes with a deeded private parking space, 18-foot ceilings on the first floor, a fireplace and a jacuzzi.
