The new store is one of four men’s stores that the high-end shoe purveyor is opening this year, the report said. The others are in Paris, Los Angeles and London. The Meatpacking shop should be open by the end of the year, the Observer said.

The new store has space at 808 Washington Street, between Horatio and Gansevoort streets. Louboutin already operates a women’s store in the area, at 95 Horatio Street, where it is paying $250 per-square-foot, per numbers from CoStar, the Observer said. [NYO] — Guelda Voien
